This sober stone construction has 648m² built on two floors plus an attic, two orchards of about 200 metres each. On both sides of the house are fenced in stone and there is a water well for irrigation.
Recently, structural works have been undertaken to renovate the roof; the wooden enclosures have reinforced the foundations and original walls, and beams have been cleaned and repaired. The internal renovation is pending and ready to be updated depending on its future use. It can be converted into a charming hotel, a camp house or even one or two spacious dwellings.
On the ground floor, there is a garage and a hall that leads to two rooms and the original kitchen with two traditional ovens. From this area you can access the old block and one of the side gardens. The block is a spectacular space with double height that is divided into two areas with skylights on the roof.
On the first floor, accessed by stairs from the hall, are 3 rooms that face the main facade and 6 other rooms with windows to the side facades. The attic, with slanted ceilings, allows in its central area use for a large space for multiple purposes. The sides of this floor can be used as a warehouse.
Another attraction is its location in a small Castilian village 15km from Soria, in the foothills of the Sierra de Frentes, near the Valonsadero natural park and the Cuerda del Pozo reservoir, in an environment blessed by beautiful places and charming villages.
